Texas Elegance Yard Cards wants all of you to know that customer satisfaction is the most important part of our business. However, there are a few rules we must follow to keep the business running smoothly for the both of us. When renting from Texas Elegance Yard Card, you are in full agreement with the policies as stated on this page.
Rental and Reservation Policies Payment is required at the time of order to confirm and hold your date. Customer is responsible for any missing or damaged items and charges will be applied to the credit card on file. The fee for each item applicable to your rental that is missing or damaged is $40. This includes broken or missing stands. Our signs are not to be moved, rearranged or modified in anyway once delivery and set up is complete. We will do our best to place the signs in the most visible area of your yard/lawn. Please identify any specific locations when placing your order. All rentals are delivered the day before (late afternoon/early evening) and will be removed after 8pm on the day of your celebration, unless otherwise agreed to by Texas Elegance Yard Cards and noted on your reservation. You may be first or you may be last depending on our reservation count and route that specific day.
Customer shall not perform any lawn maintenance with mowers or weed trimmers during your rental period. For best presentation, please mow or trim your yard the day before your scheduled delivery date. Flying debris from lawnmowers and weed trimmers can cause damage to our signs and stands. If you require an installation or pick up on a holiday (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day), a $80 fee will be charged. Please do not attach balloons or other items to our signs. By renting from Texas Elegance Yard Card, you agree that Texas Elegance Yard Card and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the delivery, set-up, rental period or removal of any rental items.
Short Notice Bookings if available by owner will charge an additional $50 for a RUSH order.
Refund Policies We understand things happen and sometimes plans change. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your delivery date to reschedule your booking or to receive a full refund. Should inclement weather prohibit the installation of your sign, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Please know that lightning, heavy rain and winds pose not only a danger to our signs, but to our staff as well. You will not receive a refund if any of the following apply: You cancel your booking within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery. We are unable to enter a gated community because we were not given a gate code, or the code doesn’t work. The security guard at a gated community refused to allow us entry. The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period. If an animal is threatening or refuses to allow us onto the property. We cannot set up due to dry grass & hard ground/dirt. Please ensure your lawn can receive ground stakes. It is recommended that you water your lawn prior to our arrival. If we are unable to get the stakes into the ground, you will be notified, and we will not complete the set up. Any circumstance that prevents us from setting up the display that is out of our control.
